Terms and Conditions – app 777 Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member" or "you") and app 777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.

Each individual may hold only one account on app 777. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, different phone numbers, or different email addresses by the same person — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, balances may be confiscated, and the member will be permanently banned from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your app 777 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access your account under any circumstances.

app 777 will treat all activity carried out using your account credentials as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify app 777 support at support@app777.im immediately. We will take prompt action to secure the account, but app 777 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access that occurs due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Never share your password with family members, friends, or anyone else.
• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other website or app.
• Log out of your account fully when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication features for additional security.
• Update your contact details on app 777 promptly if your mobile number or email changes.

Your account is registered to you personally and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

app 777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on standard deposits, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification requirements under our know-your-customer procedures.

Deposits are credited to your app 777 balance in real time for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and card payments. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 30 minutes during standard banking hours in Pakistan.

Members may withdraw their real money balance at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount from app 777 is Rs 200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in tranches.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, app 777 will process the withdrawal via an alternative supported method. Withdrawals cannot be sent to third-party accounts, wallets, or cards not registered in your name.

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically completed within 5–10 minutes at any hour.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically completed within 10–15 minutes.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real money through the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion. Real money balances resulting from completed wagering requirements are fully withdrawable. app 777 does not charge withdrawal fees for Easypaisa or JazzCash transactions. Fees applicable to other methods will be communicated at the time of withdrawal request.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered on app 777 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures is prohibited.
• Each member is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim welcome bonuses through multiple accounts is fraudulent activity.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses at app 777 is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 10,000 bonus requires Rs 200,000 in qualifying wagers before conversion.
• Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or above contribute 100% to bonus wagering requirements. Bets at odds below 1.50 do not contribute.

• Pre-match bets placed after the official start time of an event will be void unless the event was clearly suspended and rescheduled before the listed start time.
• For cricket and PSL matches, if a match is abandoned without a result due to weather or other causes, pre-match bets are voided and stakes refunded. If a DLS result is officially declared, that result stands for match winner markets.
• Live in-play bets at app 777 are accepted during live events. app 777 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for a payout. If one selection is void, the accumulator recalculates excluding the void selection. If all selections are void, the stake is refunded.
• Maximum payout per single winning bet ticket is Rs 20,000,000. Bets exceeding this limit may be reduced before acceptance.
• app 777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a clear pricing error has occurred, where match-fixing is suspected, or where the result was influenced by factors that make the outcome unrepresentative of genuine sporting competition.

Specific rules for PSL betting, cricket betting, esports betting, and other sports categories are published in the relevant sections of the app 777 platform. These sport-specific rules take precedence over general betting rules in the event of any conflict.

The live casino, jackpot slots, roulette, and all other casino-style games on app 777 are provided using certified random number generation (RNG) technology and, in the case of live dealer games, through secure live streaming from professional game studios. • Account selling or sharing: Selling, renting, lending, or otherwise granting access to your app 777 account to any third party.

• Underage access: Attempting to register or access app 777 while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access for someone under 18.

app 777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of any prohibited activity listed in Section 09, if a member is found to be under 18, if verification documents requested are not provided within a reasonable timeframe, or if the account's activity is determined to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other members.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email or by an in-platform message explaining the reason. Where a suspension is the result of a security review rather than confirmed misconduct, access will typically be restored within 72 hours following satisfactory verification. In cases of confirmed policy violations, the suspension will be permanent.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting app 777 support. Any real money balance held at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your nominated payment method within 5 working days. Bonus balances that have not completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
